  • Incorrect Shipping Address: No refunds or replacements for orders with wrong addresses provided by the customer.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Items must be returned in original condition using our provided return label.
    • Email support@emergeluxury.com with Name, Order Number, and reason for refund request.
  • Policy: 30-day money-back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Refunds process in 3-5 business days once approved.
  • Important: Do not return items to the original shipping address—contact us for return instructions.

ORDER ISSUES 📦

  • Address Changes: Shipping addresses can be updated within 1 hour of placing an order. After this, changes are not guaranteed. Contact Customer Care ASAP with your order number and new address.
  • Billing & Email Updates: Billing address changes do not affect delivery. Email updates must be requested within 1 hour of ordering.
  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Changes or cancellations must be made within 1 hour. Cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking fee, and sale items are final sale.

DELIVERY 🚚

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 15-20 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Peak times may extend processing.
  • Shipping Times:
    • USA: 2-4 weeks (including processing)
    • International: 3+ weeks (including processing)
  • Tracking & Delivery Issues: If tracking says delivered but you haven’t received your package, wait a few days and check with neighbors or the post office. If tracking is stalled, your package is still in transit.
  • Multiple Shipments: Items may ship separately due to inventory and warehouse locations.
  • Shipping Fees: Rates start at $4.95 worldwide; customs/duties may apply. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promos.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If returned to us, we will reship at no extra cost.
